PREMIUM WARRANTY:  Our premium warranty is a limited 3-year or 36,000-mile parts and labor warranty, whichever comes first. This warranty covers flaws in materials (defective parts) or workmanship. It does not include used or client-provided parts. Client Invoices will state if this warranty applies to a particular job. *Limits and Conditions apply.

PREMIUM LIFETIME PARTS WARRANTY:  Our premium lifetime parts warranty is a limited warranty on the part and a 3-year or 36,000 labor warranty, whichever comes first. This warranty covers flaws in materials (defective parts) or workmanship. Client Invoices will state if this warranty applies to a particular job. *Limits and Conditions apply.

BASIC WARRANTY:  Our basic warranty is a limited one-year or 12,000-mile part and labor warranty, whichever comes first. This warranty covers flaws in materials (defective parts) or workmanship. Client Invoices will state if this warranty applies to a particular job. *Limits and Conditions Apply.

BRAKES:  Brakes come with limited 2-year or 24,000-mile parts and labor warranty, whichever comes first. This warranty covers flaws in materials (defective parts) or workmanship. The warranty does not cover everyday wear & tear, corrosion from elemental factors, or issues caused by external parts (parts that Empower Automotive did not replace). Client Invoices will state if this warranty applies to a particular job. *Limits and Conditions apply.

BATTERIES:  The battery comes with a limited 3-year or 36,000-mile parts and labor warranty, whichever comes first. This warranty covers flaws in materials (defective parts) or workmanship. This does not include defects/excessive wear caused by the client’s failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance to ensure proper battery function. This can consist of exposure to moisture, excessive vibrations, rough driving conditions, or extended periods of inactivity (which can deplete the battery over time, leading to premature failure). Regarding the latter, we recommend a battery tender or trickle charger. *Limits and Conditions apply

NEW ENGINE WARRANTY:  Empower Automotive has installed a new engine with a break-in period. This repair comes with a limited one-year or 12,000-mile parts and labor warranty, whichever comes first. This vehicle MUST return at or before the following mileage intervals for an oil service: 500 miles from the out mileage on this invoice; 1,000 miles from the out mileage on the 500-mile oil service invoice; 1,500miles from the out mileage on the 1,000-mile oil service invoice; And 3,000 miles from the out mileage on the 1,500-mile oil service invoice. Empower Automotive MUST complete these services, or the warranty is void. During the initial 500-mile break-in period, the vehicle can not exceed 4,200 RPMs and cannot use cruise control. During the next 1,000 miles, the vehicle cannot exceed 5,500 RPMs and cannot use cruise control. This warranty is void if the service is provided after any of the above mileage intervals during this Break-in period. If the vehicle goes over any of its oil changes during this warranty’s coverage period, the warranty is null and void.

The client is responsible for scheduling and paying for these services. This warranty covers flaws in materials (defective parts) or artistry. The warranty does not cover everyday wear & tear, corrosion from elemental factors, or issues caused by external parts (parts that Empower Automotive did not replace). The warranty does not cover conditions resulting from abuse, accidents, vandalism, or defects/excessive wear caused by the client’s failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance to the vehicle. Repairs performed by others on the same parts or systems as work performed by Empower Automotive immediately void the warranty. Warranty is void if the vehicle does not have a working odometer either (a) at the time of initial purchase/service or (b) at the time of presentation of a warranty claim. Empower Automotive must perform all warranty repairs and will not pay for another facility to perform repairs. The client is responsible for the transportation of the vehicle to Empower Automotives’ facility in the case of warranty repairs. Warranty only covers the original purchaser of the installed parts and/or services at the actual price paid by the client at the date of the original services/repairs.

HEAD GASKET/ENGINE RESEAL WARRANTY:  Head gasket/engine reseal repairs come with a limited one-year or 12,000-mile parts and labor warranty on the gasket/glued areas, whichever comes first. All other components (Timing, Water Pump, and Exhaust Gaskets) come with our premium 3-year or 36,000-mile parts and labor warranty, whichever comes first.   *Limits and Conditions apply.

TIRE WARRANTY:  Tires purchased at Empower Automotive come with a three-year limited road hazard warranty. The 1st-year coverage includes replacement, tire patching, and tread wear (warranty is void if tires are at or below 5/32). Tire pressure scanning is not included in this warranty. The 2nd and 3rd-year coverage is 50% pro-rated. Tires are registered with the M.D.O.T. The warranty does not cover conditions resulting from abuse, accidents, vandalism, or defects/excessive wear caused by the client’s failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance to the vehicle. Repairs performed by others on the same parts or systems as work performed by Empower Automotive immediately void the warranty. Warranty is void if the vehicle does not have a working odometer either (a) at the time of initial purchase/service or (b) at the time of presentation of a warranty claim. Warranty only covers the original purchaser of the installed parts and/or services at the price paid by the client at the date of the actual services/repairs.
