What should I expect when I bring my vehicle to the Empower Automotive for service or inspection for the first time?

We believe you have the right to know everything your car needs, but it’s our job to find what is relevant to you, based on your situation and budget. No two clients are the same, so we perform a simple consultation that usually covers the following questions:

  • What are your main concerns?
  • How much do you drive?
  • How do you use your car (for work, highway miles, etc.)?
  • How long do you want it to serve you? What are your goals for the vehicle?

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR AT DROP OFF

We will have you fill out a New Client Form and perform a quick consultation using the above questions? This is very helpful in making sure that we receive information that is relevant and useful for inspecting YOUR vehicle.
Clients will receive a text message (usually the day before appt) with any known estimates and repairs or concerns. Even if there are no charges at the appointment, this approval is necessary before your vehicle can be looked at or driven. Open that estimate, read thru and select “approve” to expedite check in process when the vehicle arrives! If you have any questions, we would love to answer those for you.

IF YOU ARE WAITING WITH THE VEHICLE:

After your vehicle is checked-in, we pop the keys into our U.V. Sanitizer and you are welcome to make yourself comfortable in our Client Waiting Area. There you will find snacks, beverages, wi-fi and clean bathrooms. Even Fido is welcome at our facility!

IF YOU ARE DROPPING OFF THE VEHICLE
Dropping off your vehicle after-hours  or in person is a simple process. We will confirm your contact preferences and concern details and you can be on your way!

INSPECTION AND REPAIR

We strive to maintain open communication thru phone, text, or email and keep you updated as to where we are with the vehicle.

As we perform the inspection or Vehicle Health Check our Certified Technicians take pictures and videos of your vehicle, to note things that may be of special interest to you. Doing this, you do not have to ‘just take our word for it’, but you can use this information to make educated decisions about your vehicle! All of this information is texted or emailed to you so that you have it for your records.
One of our Service Advisors will speak to you about the inspection and if you are in-person, may even be able to take you out to the shop to look under your vehicle. They can answer any questions you may have at that time.

If repairs or maintenance are recommended and approved, they can be scheduled or performed.

We always follow-up with you after you visit, to ensure that you have all of your concerns or questions addressed. Complete client satisfaction is our goal, and we want to make sure we have given you the best service possible.
