Normal operating hours are Monday-Friday, from 8-5. We have convenient options for after hours drop-off and pick-up and do our best to accommodate special requests.

Yes, we do! Located to the left of the front door, you will find a black ‘drop box’. Open the box, fill out an envelope with your information, put your keys in the envelope and drop it through the slot.

We do have limited slots for clients to wait while their vehicle is being serviced. In most cases, we recommend that the vehicle is dropped off. This allows us to accommodate more clients and work through repairs more efficiently. You may be able to get in sooner if you are able to drop your vehicle off for the day.

As an Independent Subaru Service facility, we are not affiliated with Subaru Of America or Fuji Heavy Industries. Any RECALL WORK or FACTORY WARRANTY repairs paid for by Subaru of America must be done at a Franchised Subaru Dealership.

Empower Automotive CAN perform maintenance work required to maintain your factory warranty (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act). This includes oil change services and routine maintenance outlined in your Owner’s Manual. During this time we can certainly advise you about warranty concerns that may be covered.

Yes, we do. Please have your policy number and any contact information available when you make your appointment.

Yes, we have Subaru loaner vehicles for our clients to use! Typically, these vehicles are reserved for vehicle repairs and larger maintenance services. When Scheduling a loaner vehicle, we ask for current Proof of Insurance, driver’s license and a credit card. We just ask that you “top it off(the fuel), before you drop it off” so that the vehicle is ready for the next client! Just an FYI…VIP Club Members get priority booking for loaner vehicles! Call a tow company to have your vehicle delivered to our shop. If you need a tow company, we use Anytime Towing (231) 929-8990 or Brickyard Towing (231) 947-8697. If you have AAA you can call the number on your membership card and they will set it up for you. We have a night drop box to the left of our front door for you or a tow truck driver to use.
